Ms. De Ruiter is works in the Council Directorate responsible for judicial cooperation. She is a seconded national expert from the Dutch Ministry of Justice. She will discuss the work of the Council generally in fighting financial crime, interaction with the other institutions, current issues. |

Mr. Joseph Delhaye, European Savings Banks Group (ESBG)

Mr Delhaye chairs the Financial Regulation Committee of the ESBG and the Legal Committee of the Luxembourg Banking Association. He currently represents ESBG at the level of a joint public-private working group managed by the FATF and will discuss the ESBG’s focus and work on AML. |
