Anti-Money Laundering Europe will host a webinar on 3 June at 15:00 CET.
The aim of the event is to bring together key stakeholders and interested parties to discuss the measures announced in the new Action Plan that the Commission is planning to take in the next 12 months to enforce, supervise and coordinate the EU's rules on combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
The action plan will be addressed by the keynote speaker Jérôme Deslandes, Member of Cabinet of Executive Vice President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis. Then, Piers Haben, Director for Banking Markets, Innovation and Consumers at the European Banking Authority, will speak about the strengthened role of the European Banking Authority. Finally, the action plan will be addressed by John Riches, Chair of the Public Policy Committee, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
